About the role
The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer is a tech-savvy professional focused on technical presales support of Precisely software products. This individual will work in the field to help sales teams with new customer opportunities, translate customer technical requirements to a Precisely solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept.
What they're looking for
- Bachelors in computer science, Information Technology or other relevant Engineering/technical branch of academics
- 4+ years of experience in any of the following functions: presales or product management or professional services or engineering or technical support or technical account management
- 4+ years of experience developing solutions using Scala, Python, JAVA, Spark frameworks in environments like Databricks
- Proven relationship management experience, with the ability to communicate with, present to, and influence both technical and operational stakeholders which includes the C-Suite
- Demonstrable experience with Generative AI and MCP Servers
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Environments and Cloud Native Infrastructure for example – AWS & EKS
