About the role
Prompt has an industry-leading BDR team. We are looking for a data-focused, highly motivated teammate to help manage the BDR team! You will report to the Manager of Business Development. This role poses an amazing opportunity to start on the Leadership Track if leadership is specifically where you would like to grow! The role has mixed individual contributor and leadership responsibilities.
What they're looking for
- BDR / SDR Experience of 3+ years
- 6-12 months of management experience (preferred)
- Experience in Saas / EMR Health tech (preferred)
- Possess a growth mindset - desire to continually improve your people leading skills
- Passion for empowering and cultivating the professional development of team members by identifying key strengths and areas of opportunity
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment, adept at navigating ambiguity and proactively taking initiative to achieve goals
