What they're looking for
- High-school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life-science field preferred
- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on work experience, running wet-lab based diagnostics, or precision work, and following SOPs
- Proficiency in core wet-lab techniques (accurate pipetting, dilutions, basic solution preparation)
- Familiarity with plate-based assays (ELISA, cell-based, or biochemical) is a plus, prior use of automated equipment and instruments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data integrity and accurate record-keeping
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize routine tasks, and work reliably both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
