Primer is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Aftercare Program Guide to manage and engage students during the after school program. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children between kindergarten to 8th grade, fostering a safe and fun environment, and contributing positively to the school community.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or higher
- Prior experience working with children and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Communicates clearly and professionally with students, families, and school staff
- Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Can effectively manage time and resources to create a smooth and enjoyable aftercare experience
- Willing and able to complete state database fingerprinting, a background check and Mandatory Abuse Reporting training
