About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Army Business Development to help drive Privateer’s growth across the U.S. Army and aligned Department of Defense customers. This role will shape and execute growth strategies that connect Privateer’s differentiated capabilities to high-priority national security missions, with an initial focus on PAE-Maneuver, Army Aviation, UAS/C-UAS, PAE Fires, and the Huntsville market, while identifying opportunities to expand into adjacent mission areas, acquisition organizations, and...
What they're looking for
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
- Ability to travel up to 25-50%. 10+ years of sales, business development, capture, proposal, acquisition, and/or operational experience within the Department of War or U.S. Army environment
- Experience in a relevant technical area, such as aviation, fires, autonomy, or counter-autonomous systems, and/or an Army acquisition organization such as ACC, PAE-Maneuver, or PAE-Fires
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans
- Prior experience with aviation, fires, robotic, and/or autonomous systems
