What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or an adjacent field of study
- 0–2 years of full-time work experience. At a minimum, candidates must demonstrate relevant skills gained through undergraduate internships and/or volunteer opportunities in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
- Superior analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
- Superior interpersonal and leadership skills, including high self-awareness, humility, and a growth mindset
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity
- Ability to understand primary real estate market economics, including market demand and supply, vacancy, absorption, and micro- and macroeconomic issues affecting properties
