What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, finance, computer science, or another quantitative field
- 1–3+ years of experience in technical product management, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a similarly rigorous field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, mobility, or automation, experience in digital infrastructure or energy is also relevant
- Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based, sensitivity, and scenario analyses
- Ability to conduct fundamental market and company research and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Ability to write concise, executive-ready materials that state assumptions, scenarios, risks, and decision thresholds
