About the role

As a leader in pathology AI software, we are empowering pathologists and scientists to transition from traditional microscope-based workflows to digital, AI-driven approaches, unlocking new possibilities in precision medicine.
What they're looking for
- Brief, prioritize, and review the work of the external partners and contractors who extend our capacity, and hold their timelines
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or a blend of campaign and marketing operations work
- An AI-first way of working. You reach for Claude or a comparable tool by default for drafting, research, and as a thought partner, and can say specifically where it saves you time and where you've found its limits
- Experience building segmented, persona-level lists from a defined account universe, and working with enrichment data and tools
- Working knowledge of lead lifecycle and routing operations, including MQL definitions, routing rules, service level agreements, and recycling logic
- The ability to build your own reporting and form a view on what it says. You should be comfortable defending an interpretation of your own data, and equally comfortable being challenged on it
