What they're looking for
- Strong customer-facing experience and comfort leading technical conversations with clarity and confidence
- Analyst-first mindset with deep hands-on fluency in SQL and Python for cohorting, coverage analysis, and data-readiness work
- Deep familiarity with healthcare data modalities such as EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text
- Experience bringing order to multiple simultaneous projects with changing priorities and real deadlines
- Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques and the practical quality requirements of healthcare data delivery
- Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, enterprise data platforms, or similarly technical healthcare environments
