- Demonstrable experience of managing teams, working hand in hand with clients / stakeholders on programs with senior level visibility
- A deep understanding of procurement and or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories, which you can articulate well
- Exceptional consulting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly with your stakeholders and their senior management
- Strong intellectual capability and flexibility, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills and a natural curiosity
- An ability to absorb complex information and turn it into insight, producing impactful recommendations
- Proven ability to build rapport and connect with people internally and externally
