About the role
We're looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter to build and run full-cycle hiring across Prudentia Sciences, reporting directly to the Head of People. You'll lead searches spanning AI/ML, engineering, product, design, and data science, all while acting as a strategic partner to the hiring managers and executives you support. - Help tell Prudentia's story to prospective hires in a competitive market for technical talent
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record hiring technical talent (AI, engineering, data, or product roles)
- Familiarity with AI and ML hiring profiles and the technical bar for evaluating them
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, ideally where you built or significantly improved the hiring process rather than just running an existing one
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of searches across multiple functions simultaneously without dropping quality or speed
