About the role
Pylon is building software-driven mortgage processing. Rather than scaling a traditional processing department alongside loan volume, we are building a platform that automates routine diligence, document handling, workflow progression, and coordination. As Head of Processing, you will bring deep mortgage-processing expertise into that system.
What they're looking for
- Significant mortgage processing leadership experience at a scaled lender
- Strong preference for wholesale mortgage experience
- Experience operating at hundreds or thousands of loans per month
- Strong analytical and operational judgment
- Proven ability to improve throughput, quality, cycle time, or workflow design
- Comfortable making implicit operational knowledge explicit enough for technical teams to encode
