About the role
Harver exists to help organizations maximize their Return on Talent Investment — and the Senior People Science Consultant is where that mission gets proven, account by account. Sitting on our People Science team, this individual contributor role owns end-to-end consulting delivery for a book of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, designing and running the validity studies that turn assessment science into evidence clients can act on.
What they're looking for
- Experience in an applied I-O psychology, People Science, or talent assessment role, with hands-on work designing and running validity studies
- A track record of client-facing consulting — translating data and research findings into recommendations a non-technical business audience can act on
- Comfort owning a portfolio of accounts independently, including the follow-through to collect outcome data over time
- Strong quantitative/statistical skills applied to real-world hiring or workforce data
