About the role

As a Data Analyst on the team, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers and the fraud challenges they face. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response partners, you will identify and help close gaps in our fraud products. This is a dynamic role, sitting at the cross-section of our customers, the business, and product development. You’ll be responsible for tracking trends in our fraud cases and advising prioritization in product enhancements.

  • ● Enjoy autonomy in your work and feel a sense of ownership in the team’s goals. You work quickly but with the big picture in mind
  • ● Have empathy for end users and a desire to measure your work by both the customer value and product quality
  • ● Have enthusiasm for the field and professional development
  • ● 5+ years of experience as an analyst (or similar)
  • ● Experience using AI tools in your work
  • ● Statistical background and ability to draw sound conclusions from complex data
