About the role
You must be an effective communicator and a proactive self-starter who can operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

- 3+ years with advance degree or 5+ years with undergraduate degree in relevant field (e.g. technical project management, partner operations, or platform support)
- Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions
- Experience building documentation and client-facing materials
- Experience using project management and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar
