This role blends strategic product ownership with rigorous analytical modeling. You will translate complex technical, operational, and commercial requirements into actionable product specifications and development pathways. Your work will shape how Qnetic’s technology is deployed across diverse markets and use cases.
What they're looking for
- 5–10+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, energy systems modeling, or a related technical-commercial role
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with experience in operational modeling, techno-economic analysis, or systems engineering
- Familiarity with energy storage, grid operations, power systems, or related clean-tech domains
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What you'll do
Product Strategy & Road mapping
· Own the product vision and roadmap for Qnetic’s energy storage systems, ensuring alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and market dynamics.
· Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and differentiators.
· Accountable for capture, interpreting, and application of customer insights (i.e., owns Voice of Customer)
· Define product success metrics and track performance against them.
Operational & Use Case Modeling
· Build detailed operational models of Qnetic systems, including performance, lifecycle behavior, cost structures, and deployment configurations.
