Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Vice President & General Manager, Kalrez. Partner with the Global Leadership Team to support business strategy and growth initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering roles
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance management
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into business recommendations
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
