What they're looking for
- Education : Master’s in chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Basic programming or scripting: some experience writing simple scripts to work with data
- Learning agility: a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and data environments quickly
- Problem-solving: a hands-on, proactive mindset — comfortable diving into unfamiliar systems and issues to figure things out
- Communication: good communication skills, able to work effectively with both R&D users and technical teams
- Hands-on experience with MES and/or Trace & Tracking Systems (TTS) is required

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ：
- Lead and Enhance Test Vehicle Trace & Tracking Systems (TTS) with vendor & enhance the capability for further SPC, SQC, Recipe Management System, Equipment Automation Platform and Automatic Alarm function. Provide KPI index by TTS system or by PowerBI and other solutions.
