  • Patent Preparation & Prosecution: Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
  • Conduct patentability assessments and manage global patent portfolios
  • Coordinate with inventors and technical teams to capture and protect innovations
  • FTO & Risk Analysis: Conduct FTO analyses to assess potential IP risks associated with new products or technologies
  • Provide legal opinions on patent validity, infringement, and clearance
  • Advise on IP risks in connection with product development, commercialization, and strategic transactions
