About the role
We are searching for a Manufacturing Technology Engineer. This individual will provide technical expertise to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance, improve process capability, and support operational excellence. This role serves as a key technical resource for manufacturing teams, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, or related discipline)
- 2-3 years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing operations, production processes, or industrial systems
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes, equipment, and operational issues
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering problem-solving techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop practical technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
