The Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Leader - Semiconductor is responsible for driving end-to-end global supply chain performance for Qnity's Semiconductor business while advancing enterprise-wide planning excellence.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials, or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Proven success leading complex global supply chain organizations and enterprise-wide transformational initiatives
- Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution
- Strong financial and business acumen with demonstrated success balancing revenue growth, service, inventory, cost, risk, and working capital objectives
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving results across highly matrixed global organizations
