About the role
As Qualia continues to expand, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Tester for our Resware product , a key player in the title insurance and settlement services industry. In this role, you'll be pivotal in testing enhancements and modifications to Resware, driven by a commitment to deliver successful outcomes for our customers.
What they're looking for
- Feature Testing: Thoroughly verifying that new functionalities meet specified requirements and behave as expected
- Regression Testing: Ensuring that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities
- Exploratory Testing: Proactively exploring the product to discover defects, usability issues, and unexpected behaviors by thinking like an end-user and intentionally "breaking" the system
- UI/UX Testing: Assessing the user interface for intuitiveness, visual consistency, and overall user experience
- API Testing: Validating data flow and communication between systems, potentially utilizing tools like Postman to verify endpoints
- Integration Testing: Confirming seamless end-to-end workflows when Resware connects with external partners and systems
