This role owns Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, employee onboarding/offboarding, endpoint management, office IT, enterprise software administration, remote employee support, and execution of CUI hardening requirements. It does not own classified or SCIF networks but will work closely with IT Engineering and Cybersecurity.

Quindar is looking for a Director of IT to lead and scale our corporate IT function. This is a hands-on player-coach role responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and responsive IT support across our unclassified environment.
This role owns Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, employee onboarding/offboarding, endpoint management, office IT, enterprise software administration, remote employee support, and execution of CUI hardening requirements. We view IT as a customer-service organization. Success means employees trust the IT team, commitments are met, issues are permanently resolved, and leadership has clear visibility into performance and priorities.
Lead and scale the corporate IT team while remaining hands-on when needed. If you do not want to get your hands dirty, this position is not for you.
Establish measurable SLAs and build a culture of responsive, proactive support where employees never have to chase IT for status.
Standardize IT systems, configurations, tools, and processes to improve reliability and scalability.
