- 3+ years of experience in owning a functional implementation team including strategic accountability
- Proven track record in process excellence, product collaboration, enabling ROI, obtaining client references, executive management, and people/team development and management
- Proven ability to design repeatable, scalable implementation models that reduce time-to-value while preserving customer trust
- Experience reducing time-to-value through standardization, automation, and clear implementation tiers
- Proven ability to balance configurability vs. standardization in complex healthcare environments
- Experience leading organizational change in clinical or operational healthcare settings
