About the role
We're seeking a passionate and strategic Product Operations Lead to take our R&D operations to the next level. In this role, you'll own the management of core product operations to deliver maximum impact - leading our company-wide roadmapping, driving key performance metrics, and owning the refinement and management of our core processes and tools - while also reshaping how R&D builds for tomorrow through AI.

- Demonstrated experience beginning to drive an AI-driven SDLC transformation
- Deeply AI-pilled — current, hands-on fluency with coding agents and agentic workflows, and active experimentation with AI tools in your professional and personal life
- Strong change management experience and skills — you’re able to rally and move a cross-functional team (engineers, product leaders, and designers) around new ways of working without relying on direct authority
- Strong operational skills, such as measuring & regularly reporting on key metrics that drive toward key insights & effective decision-making
- Highly adaptable with strong critical thinking skills, capable of evolving processes, addressing bottlenecks, and responding to operational challenges
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
