We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Investor Services Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Investor Services , this individual will play a key role in supporting investor transaction processing, reporting, and coordinating workflows with the fund’s administrator. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a data-driven environment anda brings a strong understanding of best practices in investor servicing and reporting. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor services and reporting, preferably within a hedge fund or fund administrator
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, familiarity with Adobe Acrobat preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
