What they're looking for
- 7–15 years of direct sales experience, with 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding KPIs
- Experience in health tech strongly preferred, familiarity with radiology workflows or PACS/RIS environments is a strong plus
- Action-oriented, fast-moving, intrinsically motivated, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes
- Prior AI sales experience at a growing healthcare startup
- Experience selling to large-scale healthcare systems in the Eastern U.S
