About the role
Serve as a trusted counsel across product, engineering, and model teams, providing strategic legal support for AI research and model development projects.
What they're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years focused on negotiating commercial contracts and tech transactions, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence, demonstrating a deep understanding of the distinctive legal challenges these sectors present
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shape legal strategies within emerging fields
- Strong track record of building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, with adaptable communication styles that strike the right balance between business risk-taking and safeguarding organizational interests
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for professional development and to contribute to new initiatives as Rad AI continues to expand—taking on challenging projects and adapting to evolving business needs
