About the role
6+ years as a Technical Program Manager in a software or healthcare-IT environment, with a track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception through launch. This role requires someone who can independently read an interface spec, inspect a live message, and isolate where a failing integration is breaking — not just route tickets.
