About the role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager / Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage our growing Fortune 500 and high-growth startup customer base, driving growth and retention across those relationships. You’ll own the customer lifecycle end-to-end, from implementation and value realization through renewals and expansion, with lots of autonomy to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive outcomes across your book of business.

What they're looking for

  • 1+ years of SaaS customer success experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Strong at identifying customer objectives and coordinating internal and external resources to achieve target outcomes
  • A clear, confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Able to make complex technical concepts simple, relevant, and valuable to the customer
  • Highly organized and reliable across multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong bias toward action and results
