About the role
We are hiring our first Business Operations (BizOps) team member, to work directly with the leadership team on revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, manufacturing decisions, and operational scale.
What they're looking for
- 3-5+ years of experience working in strategy, operations, finance, business analytics or similar roles
- Strong preference for early or growth stage startup experience (aka you understand what you’re signing up for)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Comfortable working with imperfect data, ambiguity, and real-world constraints
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to execution is highly valued
- Able to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in parallel
