About the role
The Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for working in a multi-channel, cross cloud Salesforce environment and needs to have a strong overall background in data architecture, integrations, consulting skills and multiple years of hands-on experience with Salesforce products. Design scalable solutions and lead end-to-end architecture for complex business challenges.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years experience of relevant, client-facing experience
- Strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security
- Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience with Mulesoft, AWS, or other integration platforms
