About the role
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own cards — one of the most strategically important surfaces at the company. Cards are how stablecoins meet real-world spend, and this role will shape the product, platform, and growth decisions that define that experience for our partners and their end users.
What they're looking for
- • 8-10 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping products from zero-to-one through scale at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
- • Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor — you’re someone others describe as one of the sharpest PMs they’ve worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
- • A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
- • Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering
- • Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe product quality is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, you can operate with sophisticated external partners and internal engineering teams with equal ease
