Drive process improvements and automation by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enhance reporting quality Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across BS and IS accounts
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment
