About the role
Own the senior relationship layer with key leaders across our partners and Rain Unblock cross-functional issues fast by collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to ensure needs are being exceeded
What they're looking for
- 8+ years in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships at a fintech, payments, or crypto company
- A track record owning senior, executive-level client relationships, not just day-to-day account operations
- Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial relationships involving legal, compliance, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Comfort operating without a large team on day one. This is a hands-on, embedded role for someone motivated by impact
- Experience navigating escalations that require pulling in engineering, product, or compliance. You need to know how to get the right people in a room and hold them accountable
- Senior roles at both large enterprises and startup or scale-up companies. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, build scalable solutions, and thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments
