- Display high accountability to payment process timeliness, accuracy and reconciliation. Reconcile accounts and resolve payment-related issues promptly and accurately, ensuring timely payment processing
- Be proactive in identifying payment processing or reconciliation issues, escalate appropriately, and take accountability to working with required operating partners to resolve the issue
- Monitor payment processing activity diligently to identify and address any signs of fraudulent or suspicious behavior
- Analyze existing operational processes, identify areas for enhancement, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, service, partner banks, service bank and custodial banks to resolve payment and reconciliation issues and to implement process and productivity improvements
- Establish, monitor and achieve critical payment operations success metrics
