About the role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, providing strategic direction to ensure the company’s financial health, sustainability, and growth. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in technology, finance or SaaS companies, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role (CFO or equivalent) at a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company
- Experience managing investor relations and working with venture capital or private equity stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving measurable results
- Experience scaling a company through high-growth phases is a plus
