What they're looking for
- Associate degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting program planning, project controls, scheduling, or program management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software
- Understanding Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) principles
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into executable program schedules

Red 6 is seeking a Program Planner to join the Program Management Office (PMO) to help support the planning, scheduling, and execution of advanced defense programs. Working alongside Program Managers, engineers, and functional leads, you will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities, and help ensure program execution aligns with cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting engineering development and production activities.
Coordinate schedule updates across engineering, systems, software, testing, manufacturing, and program management organizations.
