What they're looking for
- BS/BA in related field plus 8+ years or more related program leadership experience
- BS or higher degree in a science or engineering discipline strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing programs with in government acquisition processes
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
- Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical/programmatic reports to key leadership and the customer
- Familiarity and comfort managing in both Agile and Waterfall execution frameworks

Red 6 is seeking an experienced Program Manager that will be responsible for the execution of one or more development engineering programs across the full acquisition lifecycle. The Program Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives in compliance with customer contract requirements, DoD acquisition regulations (as applicable), and internal program management processes.
The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact with one or more contract customers and ensures successful program execution from requirements definition through development, test, qualification, and the transition to production or fielding.
