About the role
The Launch Program is your opportunity to onboard into your full-time role at Red Ventures in a cohort-style environment that provides in-depth training on our beliefs, culture, business model, and leadership. Your first few weeks will be spent alongside a cohort of new employees starting their careers across various roles and teams. These individuals will become your built-in support system and community as you navigate the start of your career with us.
What they're looking for
- Commercially aligned: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business instincts, with a desire to understand how products create value and identify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes
- Empathetic and influential: You bring high EQ, strong empathy, communicate clearly, and can collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Hands-on data and analytical experience: Accessed, manipulated, and analyzed data from multiple sources using tools such as SQL or Python, digging beneath the surface to understand what is driving an outcome
- Product judgment: Designed or built a product, feature, or experience and made thoughtful decisions about how it should work, informed by user needs, business value, data, and technical considerations
- Problem solving: Demonstrated ability to develop and test hypotheses, establish root cause, synthesize what you learn, and communicate a clear recommendation to others

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.
