About the role
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office.

- Customer centric: High-level of customer empathy with the ability to diagnose the core of the problem. You have a great taste for UX and design to help bring solutions to life
- End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work
- Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals
- People leader: Managed teams of product managers, including being a manager of managers - providing feedback and encouragement with direct responsibility for the team’s contributions
