What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, standards, or policy development and implementation, with significant experience in tech, digital platforms, advertising, Trust and Safety, or a related policy function
- Deep subject matter expertise in advertising or content policy on an international scale, with a proven track record of working with global teams and advising stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex policy/regulatory matters into simple business terms
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous problems into structured decision documents that clearly lay out risks, trade-offs, and proposed solutions

We are looking for an experienced Ads Policy Lead who has significant subject matter expertise, strong policy development capabilities, and thrives in dynamic environments. This is a senior individual contributor role, with no people management responsibilities, reporting to our Head of Ads Policy.
