About the role
We’re hiring a research-driven, product-minded Director of Product Design to discover, design, and build the agentic products that power Redesign’s most important decisions: the founders we back, the concepts we pursue, the people we hire, the investors we work with, and the healthcare partners we support. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can sit with a user until they truly understand the work, translate that understanding into elegant product, and then build it themselves.

- You have a strong design practice across interaction, information architecture, and product thinking, with visual design as a notable strength. Your portfolio shows products that are both deeply usable and genuinely beautiful
- You bring product management instincts : you can set strategy, prioritize, define metrics, and make the call on what to build and what to cut—often with incomplete information
- Design is one of your passions, but you find deep meaning in some other pursuit to which you’ve devoted your time, thought, and effort: a creative or athletic outlet, a family business, or service
- You are a relentless, startup-native builder with a high tolerance for ambiguity and an even higher speed of execution
- You have an outstanding executive presence and can skillfully elicit critical information about what to build. You help nontechnical leaders understand “the art of the possible,” and they trust you because you deliver for them
- You hold a high bar for craft and taste, and you believe AI sets the floor, not the ceiling—the last mile is owned by judgment
