Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor/supplier contracts. Support senior counsel on complex deal structuring and negotiations.

The work spans enterprise SaaS, software licensing, and international commercial agreements across Redis’ global customer base, which includes more than 75% of the Fortune 50.
