About the role
The Material Flow Lead supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating personnel, inventory, and material movement activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of operational goals. This role serves as a floor-level leader, providing direction to associates, supporting cross-functional operations, maintaining inventory integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What they're looking for
- Warehouse, logistics, inventory control, packaging, or material flow experience
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory transactions, and inventory reconciliation
- PIT/Forklift certification or operating experience preferred
- Strong understanding of quality standards, safety procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies
