About the role
The Senior Staff Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring , and maintaining project schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects. This role involves coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and other departments to track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related fields, preferably in construction, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including critical path analysis and earned value management (EVM)
- Experience with risk management and familiarity with schedule risk analysis
- Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding schedule management and best practices
