About the role
· Lead technical programs spanning chemical process development, validation, and commercialization · Partner with R&D, process engineering, and manufacturing teams to define program strategy, scope, and success metrics
What they're looking for
- · BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- · 4+ years of program or project management experience in a chemical or advanced materials environment
- · Experience with strategic technology planning and early-stage process development
- · Strong understanding of process design, scale-up, and the technical-commercial interface
- · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- · Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
