About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Engagement Manager to drive the adoption of Reflection’s technology across enterprises. You will own the end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle, from identifying high-value use cases to driving organizational change and scaled adoption. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on deployment leadership, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Deployment Strategist within consulting, technology, or enterprise software
- A proven track record of delivering complex technical projects to large enterprise customers
- High technical acumen with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience navigating large organizations
- You are energized by ambiguity and have the ability to drive organizational change, guiding customers from initial concept to full-scale adoption

Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements. Work alongside Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers to structure strategic engagements, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline scope, milestones, and success criteria.
