About the role
At Regal, we’re transforming how businesses engage customers with powerful, customizable AI Agents. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by sourcing and generating pipeline, navigating full-cycle sales processes, and closing new business with mid-sized organizations. You’ll partner with leadership, marketing, and BDRs to create targeted outreach, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver Regal ’s platform as the solution for modern customer engagement.
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to marketing, sales, and technology leaders at mid-sized businesses
- Knowledge of AI, automation, or conversational platforms strongly preferred
- Skilled at building and evaluating business cases to communicate ROI and outcomes
- Comfortable managing consultative sales cycles and educating buyers on emerging technologies
- Motivated by building relationships and delivering value that transforms customer engagement
