About the role
The title is the job. Predictions sit at the center of everything we do, and you orchestrate them. Our system autonomously takes a customer's hardest question, builds a set of simulations, and hands back an answer they can act on. Your day is using proprietary tools, tuning inputs and outputs and pushing our automation further, doing it faster and sharper each time.
What they're looking for
- 3 to 6 years in a customer-facing, analytical, or operating role. Consulting, post-sales, research, or experience at a fast-moving startup
- You build trust fast with senior people and can hold a room of executives
- Comfortable with data and AI concepts. No coding required, but you can get fluent in how twins, simulations, and validation work, and explain them simply
- Scrappy in a 0 to 1 environment. You do not wait to be told what to do
- Detail-oriented and accountable. The person teammates and customers count on
- A strong communicator
